The area around Albuen Strand Camping

Follow the small road from ASC 100 m to the dike, here you pass by a small lake full with ducks. At the dike top, you have a full wiev towards Langeland. Sit down at the bench and enjoy the morningsun... or the wiev... or see a big ship passing by... or see the most beautifull sundown.... Every day, you will have some to look at.

Look to your right. Here you will see one of the best beaches of West Lolland. The beach is nominated with the blue flag, to show you the good quality. if you walk 800 m. off the beach, you will find a nude-beach, and the beach goes on for 7 kilometers. You will also see the bicycle-track towards Langø City. A small fishing village, where you can buy fresh fish, directly from the fishingboats.

Look to your left. Here starts the longest bycicle-track of Denmark, 30 kilometers from Albuen towards Rødby. The dike also offer a beautifull walk along the costline. A few kilometers ahead, you will find a small air-raid shelter from the 2. worldwar. You will also see the windmill area with 24 windmills, which can procuse 9,6 MW, the normal use for 3.400 households.
